# Private Sale

Similar to the Public Sale, as the name suggests, this portion of the $ZEAL token, will be provided to private investors, who would can swap their tokens for $ZEAL and increase its liquidity, being offered at a discounted price compared to Public Sale. A calculated amount will made available on Day1, as the rest will be released gradually over the first year, and the years to follow.
