# Decentralized Organization

The ZazzyZebras Game will evolve over time and gradually mature with its community. It is designed to be self-balancing and decentralized, when it achieves full maturity.

This maturity development will occur over the years as more and more dedicated players will become part of the ecosystem. The voting rights will be gradually shift concentration from the Zazzy Team to the active players / community members. The voting percentages can be depicted as follows:

During the early stages of the Zazzy Ecosystem, the higher voting concentration of Zazzy Team will ensure that hostility is eliminated at its roots and a reasonable environment strives, allowing players & community members to grow ethically.
